Long before high-speed satellite Internet was on anyone’s radar, our founder cut his teeth at Cable Bahamas—one of the very first hires back in 1995. He stepped into the role of Installation & Service Supervisor, troubleshooting nascent cable networks on islands where reliable connectivity was more dream than reality. As the company grew, so did his responsibilities: from dispatching field crews to designing fault-tolerant network schematics, he rose quickly to Technical Supervisor, overseeing every strand of copper and fiber that stretched across the archipelago.

Over thirty years refining that blend of hands-on know-how and systems thinking, he became a three-phase master licensed electrician—equally at home rewiring a commercial complex or calibrating mission-critical broadcast gear. Along the way, he watched technologies evolve from analog coax to digital fiber, and he saw firsthand how vital strong, dependable connections are to businesses and communities alike.
